Amanda’s Army (JDRF) and St. Thomas of Canterbury School’s First Grade Class Recognize, Salute

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 02, 2009 – Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, – Stewarts Shops Manager Dan Crean was recognized by Amanda’s Army (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), Mrs. Hornberger and her first grade class of St. Thomas of Canterbury School for his caring and compassionate support of their recent Ice Cream Social The Ice Cream Is Free, Finding A Cure Is Not! , helping to raise funds for the fight to cure Juvenile Diabetes.

“We love Mr. Dan!” said Erin Kelly on behalf of her friend Amanda Molloy and their classmates. Miss Kelly presented Dan Crean with thank you cards from Mrs. Hornberger and the entire first grade and a special handmade card from Miss Molloy of Amanda’s Army adorned with an ice cream cone!
