Long Beach, CA – According to Jean Welles, of worshipguitarclass.com, “Anyone can learn to play the guitar.” To prove it, she is offering free guitar lessons at CHEA. The CHEA convention opens in a few days at the Long Beach Convention Center, Thursday, July 9 –11. Welles is one of 125 exhibitors at the show.
“It is always rewarding to see how surprised people are to learn to play a song so quickly,” says Welles, who has helped over 100,000 people learn to play the guitar through private lessons and her worship guitar instructional program. “It’s fascinating to hear of all the brain studies proving that music positively effects brain development. Music is a wonderful gift to give a child.”
The thousands attending the show will be looking for just the right teaching materials to use for homeschooling their children. Learning to play a musical instrument is fun and many can try it out with a free lesson at the show.
Jean has a Masters Degree in Guitar Performance from USC and she participated in dozens of Master's classes. She has taught and coached guitar students for over 30 years and is a worship leader in the greater Los Angeles area. In 2001 she produced the first Worship Guitar Class Video. She combined years of training and technical expertise with face-to-face practical teaching experience to make a product people learn with. Her DVD's & Videos are presently used in over 50 countries.
