Cheating your Diet? Your Diet Maybe Cheating You!

You think you're bad when you cheated while on a diet? Look at what we found, some diets are actually cheating consumers!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul 01, 2009 -
It can be quite an interesting world we live in. We often think about fitting in to our jeans or even our bikinis. So we do like most people do and diet. We all know we eventually- cheat. Hey "that one chocolate bar won't hurt." It's common among us, but what if our diet plan is cheating us? "Wait a minute, that doesn't happen" says Joan Willner of New York City. It happens more than you think. We recently spoke with Matthew Iannotti (diet review analyst) and what he told us was no surprise, we just needed confirmation. "Most diets are scams, they want you to fail to continue to rely on their service in which they can make more money from you." Shocking? You bet! He added "If they all worked so well, why is 71% of America Overweight"? We interviewed Jennifer from Huntington, N.Y and attends Weight Watchers. "I have been coming here for 8 months now and have seen minimal results, I just try and have faith." Faith? That sounds like the program just isn't working. Matthew adds "Stay away from the magical pills you see advertised, they often cause more harm than good and not effective." Matthew currently is on a team of diet reviewers for Http://www.Dietreviews4Dummies.com and is a full time nutritional consultant in New York City.
