FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul 01, 2009 -
Autodesk software provider CADline has gone one step further than other providers, by offering exclusive videos and articles for Autodesk, AutoCAD and Revit users. The free learning aids have been developed in response to common queries, concerns and software issues faced by users.

Debi Peppin, Director at CADline, the leading provider of AutoCAD software and AutoCAD training, said, “CADline is not simply about selling software or training solutions. We are committed to ensuring the best customer service and using our expertise to help users make the most of their software. The Tips and Tricks material is simply one way we can achieve this and really engage with our customers.”

There has been a recent push among highly reputable organisations to utilise social media and social networking websites – one of the busiest men in the world, President Obama, even takes the time to send out a few tweets!

Debi added, “Until recently, there is no way that this technology could be so easily utilised. I think it is a fantastic development and so it means that we really do get to interact with our customers, in addition to providing easily-digestible videos to assist with common questions or issues presented by Autodesk software. It is certainly worth signing up to our Tips & Tricks newsletter.”

The videos are also available on CADline’s YouTube page: http://www.youtube.com/cadlinemidas and screen captures are available here: http://www.flickr.com/cadline.

23-year-old mechanical engineer Kush Patel from Leicester said, “I think the Tips & Tricks page is excellent, as it allows users to understand the step-by-step procedures involved in performing a particular task or creating a particular feature within the model. It also means you can always re-visit them and access them at any point, especially if you lose your way!”

CADline’s exclusive Tips and Tricks videos and articles are produced every month and can be delivered to your inbox – for absolutely free! For more information, visit: http://www.cadline.co.uk/Go/SubscribeTipsAndTricks.aspx.
