HUNTSVILLE, AL - Best-selling author Stephanie Osborn will appear soon in Chattanooga, Tennessee the weekend of July 10-12, 2009 for the LibertyCon science fiction convention.
Stephanie is an exciting speaker, and will be talking about her current works, Burnout: The mystery of Space Shuttle STS-281, and The Y Factor, co-authored by Darrell Bain. She will also be speaking about her two-decade career in the civilian and military space programs, as well as future writing projects. She will also be conducting book signings on Burnout, which is available in trade paperback.
Burnout is a fast-paced cliffhanger of a novel in the best tradition of Martin Caidin or Michael Crichton, about a fictional Space Shuttle disaster which turns out to be no accident.
As the principal investigators - "Crash" Murphy, former flight director and re-entry expert, and Dr. Michael C. Anders, astronomer - dig deeper, they discover the signs of something unusual - and as they do, friends, lovers, and colleagues involved in the investigation begin to die in mysterious “accidents.”
Plan now to attend this exciting convention!
