Together With Important Goals (TWIG) is hosting a raffle for this year’s BIA Parade of Homes in Dublin, Ohio. All of the proceeds will benefit Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and Intuitive Concepts has donated a $1,007 gift certificate toward the cause.
Since consulting on the Dani Home in March, Diana Garber, of Intuitive Concepts, has worked with builder, Nilay Bhatt, and designer, Jenny Frederick, to incorporate the ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui. The Building Industry Association (BIA) is hosting a blog that explains how the process is unfolding.

The purpose of traditional Feng Shui is to minimize risk and maximize results. There are many quantifiable benefits to living in a Feng Shui home. The Dani Home, as an example, will benefit children (children who reside here will likely bring honor to their family and contribute to the future); real estate energy is high so its occupants might consider real estate as an investment strategy; and its occupants will likely have an expressive social life especially in the arts.
