Save-A-Pet Offers Tree of Life Program

(Port Jefferson, NY) —Save-A-Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption Center is offering its Tree of Life program for those who wish to donate to Save-A-Pet in the names of their deceased loved ones or pets.

Through Tree of Life, Save-A-Pet will keep the memory of a departed loved one alive with a donation to help fund the organization’s vital animal rescue programs. For a minimum donation of $5.00, Save-A-Pet will mail a personalized sympathy card to the designated person. With a donation of $100.00 or more, Save-A-Pet will send out a personalized sympathy card, along with the loved one’s name engraved on a gold leaf and place on the Tree of Life, located in the lobby of Save-A-Pet.

“This is a beautiful way for people to honor their loved ones and their pets,” said Dori Scofield, President/Founder, Save-A-Pet. “It is very sad to lose a loved one, be it a family member, relative, or pet. This Tree of Life program lets those people know that their loved ones will never be forgotten.”

Those wishing to make a donation can log onto www.saveapetli.net and click on the “Give A Memorial Gift” link located on he right-hand side. They will fill out their name and e-mail address, the recipient’s name and mailing address and the memorial on the cards.
