Phoenix, Arizona – Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center has initiated the EMDTransfer System for patient transfers into their healthcare system. The EMDTransfer systems ability to disseminate digital images securely to any receiving physician, medical center or free standing facility in the world and additionally allowing the physicians to consult via the internet simultaneously, all with HIPPA compliance; we are markedly improving the current archaic transfer method of information via CD and allowing the much needed collaboration of physicians between facilities.
