Ready2invest appointed one of the Argentina’s finest architectural firms ‘Mallea Roman & Associates’ as Master Plan architects. Their brief was to ensure the Development blended in with the beautiful natural surroundings, an aim shared by the golf partner Eduardo Romero, and his design team Romero Design who will design the 18-hole championship course.

Golf will be a large focus of the resort and facilities will include a large clubhouse with members’ lounge, members’ and visitors’ dressing rooms, driving range, practice facilities, caddy school, pro shop and Callaway fitting centre as well as full teaching facilities.
Wine will also be a prominent feature of the Ready2Invest development - the main grape of the region is of course Malbec - with over 50 hectares of the site being devoted to growing the highest quality grapes for the estate’s private label. There is also an opportunity for individual plot owners to get involved with the cultivation of their own vines.
The Valle de Uco Wine & Golf Estate will also feature an equestrian centre, tennis academy, 5 star boutique hotel, river and fly fishing and a spa and wellness centre.
