In this role, Ms. Maher will direct all food and beverage operations for the largest non-gaming property in Nevada, including the acclaimed ENVY The Steakhouse.
Ms. Maher, the former Director of Food and Beverage for the Wynn Las Vegas and Bellagio Las Vegas, contributes more than 13 years of high profile experience in the food service industry. With world-class experience in wine and hospitality, she oversaw the daily operations of food & beverage programs for more than nine fine dining restaurants and seven high-volume food and beverage operations at one property. Additionally, she oversaw the successful opening of Beacon Restaurant & Bar in New York City, and was the Manager and Beverage Specialist for Windows on the World, atop the World Trade Center and The famed ‘Rainbow Room’ at Rockefeller Center. During her seven year tenure, Maher worked with such noted beverage gurus as Kevin Zraly, Andrea Immer and the legendary King of Cocktails, Dale DeGroff.
