With nearly two decades of human performance experience, Amy has a unique perspective as both a vendor and a client, having spent half her career as a performance improvement consultant, and the other half as an experienced Instructional Designer and Training Manager for Fortune 500 companies. Amy has successfully developed and implemented large corporate-wide initiatives for as many as 350,000 employees in the areas of Legal Compliance (Sarbanes Oxley, Harassment/Discrimination, Employment Law, ADA, Code of Conduct, Ethics, Information Security/Privacy/
