Zest Mixology’s stunning mobile bar units can be customised to fit any event, be it large or small. Its versatility makes the bar ideal for parties of any size, from a penthouse apartment to a large marquee or exhibition hall. Beautiful glassware, premium spirits, electric ice crushers and freezing solutions are all provided.
Established in May 2008 by owner Murdo McLeod, Zest uses a highly-skilled team of cocktail mixologists, flair bartenders and glamorous hostesses to accompany the bar in style. Different aspects of the service can be hired separately, as follows:
1 A cocktail service set up in a penthouse apartment with a small bar (this just requires a plug point and some shelves in the freezer)
2 Hire some of the bartenders separately to work behind an existing bar within a venue, adding cocktail glamour to the event
3 A full cocktail service within a marquee event with a large cocktail bar, many staff and freezers.
Only the finest, freshest premium ingredients are used to create and concoct cocktails from the extensive menu. Drinks can even be chosen in advance from Zest Mixology’s range of ‘Twisted Classics’, which offers an innovative, mouthwatering new slant on classic cocktail recipes. Sip a Mojito Royale or a Berry Collins, and taste the difference for yourself.
Drinks cost just £4 per drink, with a one-off £50 service charge per party. A typical order is for 80-150 cocktails to be served between 8pm-midnight for 20-50 guests.
