Due to he tremendous growth VCA is now opening a 3rd local office in the east valley of Phoenix.  In addition, VCA also anticipates opening their Dallas office in October of this year.   Value Card Alliance has increased their business by almost 80% since January in the Arizona market, considering they are by far largest commercial barter group in Arizona this is quite an achievement.   "We have had over 400 new businesses enroll since the beginning of this year, opened a new office in Arrowhead and we are now excited to be opening our third Arizona office July 15th in Tempe."
