The company started off small, designing and printing business cards and letterheads. Soon, the family’s daughter joined as Creative Director and her husband was a graphic designer. They started making whole advertising campaigns and printing posters, signs and flyers for their clients and the business really took off.
“It was just great to have her home,” Roger Neilman, owner, said of his daughter Angela, “and then we started getting a lot more business. It was really what Mountain Valley Advertising needed to grow.”
And grow they did. The company has already started on the two-story expansion to their offices and will begin the hiring process in early July. They are hoping to hire five to ten people to help them with all the extra work that has been piling up. “It’s a good problem to have and we’re not complaining.”
Advertising consultations and printing orders both, have been flooding the office for the past few months and it seems like the perfect time to make a move. Word of mouth has really been the biggest advertising avenue for the small company, bringing in lots of business because of the talent in the family.
