Instructional Design Interns Are in Demand!

June 29, 2009 - PRLog -- Phoenix, Arizona – SilkWeb Consulting & Development is currently seeking interns for the Fall 2009 term beginning in late August. Two interns are needed to fill positions in instructional design and will primarily work on writing curriculum, developing storyboards and developing eLearning courses. The ideal candidate will have a 3.0 GPA or higher and have interest and academic preparation in one of the areas noted above. Interest in topics that are important in call centers, government compliance, and soft skills areas is a plus.

This is a virtual position, giving interns the opportunity to work from their homes. Interns have the flexibility of working between 8 to 16 hours per week depending on their individual schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and knowledge critical to compete in today’s job market. This opportunity will also afford candidates the unique chance to work with a growing leader of the corporate training industry and learn about eLearning trends and strategies.  These positions are unpaid but all successful interns will receive a letter of recommendation at the conclusion of the term along with projects that can be shown in their portfolio.
