PR Log (Press Release) –
Jun 26, 2009 – The Artist Saint Titan produced an original large artwork entitled "Corpses of Michael Jackson" 2 months before the real Michael Jackson was pronouned dead by UCLA Medical Staff.
The "King of Pop" is not portrayed in the Surrealist piece photorealistically but is rather several form's of orgasmic color and as a black entity below a horizon of white.
Saint Titan (03.01.1991)
is stated "I am an immense fan of Jackson. I cried too find that he had died and wanted to see his concert this September. Michael Jackson at his height of talent was a Musical and Artistic Genius. I wanted to see him be more than a man can be. I wanted to see my era's Elvis on stage doing what he could do better than anybody else".
I do not claim to be able to predict death and the "Corpses of Michael Jackson" work which I suppose will now be assumed to be my early masterpiece was simply my own thoughts of a singing and dancing genius being made to perform long after he wanted to.
The piece bought by an unknown buyer will no doubt increase in value in years to come.
Michael Jackson the self-styled King of Pop and the musical genius will live on.
