The non-profit site will allow Baristas and Shift Supervisors at Starbucks Corporation to post shifts that employees need "covered" at any store in the United States. While the site is free and available to anybody, it is exclusively designed for employees of Starbucks Corporation.
Offering an easy to navigate site with one simple function, CoverMyShift.Net will look to remedy the normally frustrating process of finding someone to cover a shift. By providing a central online destination for those with available shifts and those seeking shifts to find one another, CoverMyShift.Net will solve a problem that has plagued employees of Starbucks Corporation, as well as employees from other companies.
SBH Online Solutions, a non-profit company based in Los Angeles, says it has plans to possibly expand such a service for employees at other companies in the near future, based on demand. The sites are designed specifically for the employees and SBH Online Solutions will not use any information posted on any sites for monetary gain. CoverMyShift.Net is not an official website of Starbucks Corporation and is designed exclusively for employees to find others to cover their shifts.
