RentShout delivers widespread online rental property visibility.
Online rental advertising service, RentShout, has extended the “Eyes-On” range for member property rental listings. The site syndicates listings across the web to popular search directories, and has just added two additional rental directories, Apartment Hunterz and Cazoodle, to their continually expanding catalog of syndication partners.
Apartment Hunterz specializes in California rental listings and hosts over 100,000 apartments, houses, condos, duplexes, guest houses, and gated communities on their site. The directory allows renters to search by a wide variety of criteria including location, price, bedrooms / baths, property type, and pet friendliness. Apartment Hunterz also offers 24-hour bilingual customer service, street view for properties, and text or email updates for rental matches.
Cazoodle unveiled their nationwide apartment search service earlier this year at the Web 2.0 Expo in San Francisco. The site has an intuitive map search which enables renters to narrow down their search in a step-by-step fashion from anywhere in the United States. The site uses Google Maps technology to allow visitors to see a street view of each property before clicking through to the detailed listing. Traffic to Cazoodle.com has tripled since their apartment search product launch in April, according to data from Compete.com.
