Who is behind Force Protection?
Retired Lieutenant Dennis Ferons is a 27 year veteran of a large metropolitan sheriff’s department on the west coast. His experience includes 17 years of defensive tactics training of new and veteran law enforcement officers in all areas of defense including hand to hand, less lethal weapons and firearms. He has also trained law enforcement officers from Mexico and Ecuador. He has written defensive tactics curriculum for the California Commission on Police Officer Standards and Training (POST).
