A new law in Cyprus has made it possible for Iranian nationals and their families to receive permanent residency status in Cyprus when purchasing a property for family use.
The cabinet of the Cyprus government has unanimously encouraged investment migration to Cyprus from Iran, as well as other non-European countries to invest in the new gateway to Europe, the republic of Cyprus.

Citing recent events in Tehran as the pivotal stimulus, this law has provided well off families in Iran and other nations to apply for permanent residency status.

One of the leading agencies supporting this new frontier in the Cyprus investment realm is My Property Cyprus, a real estate advisory group based in Protaras has lead this new frontier by obtaining rights over a limited amount of applications.
