Massachusetts…
Because HouseSavvy serves sellers and buyers throughout Massachusetts, it was necessary to develop a service delivery vehicle to effectively serve such a broad area. When asked about this challenge, HouseSavvy Chairman Walter Hall said, “Essentially, we drew upon the successful 25 year experience in our previous relocation business where we selected and trained thousands of the best real estate agents in all 50 states to work with our headquarters staff in serving the local selling and buying needs of more than 10,000 relocating homeowners annually. In so doing, we learned what it really takes to be an outstanding agent, one who consistently exceeds the clients’ service expectations.
“Our objective and business model then are the same ones we have now,” Hall went on to say. “Our objective is to assure our home sellers and buyers that our headquarters staff and the local Accredited Agents we work with on their behalf – located in or near their communities - are eminently qualified to provide the best personal and professional service available anywhere.”
THREE PERSON TEAM
When asked about the business model, Hall said, “Our Accredited Agents are an integral part of a three person team made up of the Team Coordinator and Mortgage Counselor at our headquarters working hand in glove with the Accredited Agents in the field – many times, both an Accredited Seller Agent in our client’s departure area and an Accredited Buyer Agent in the new location – all coordinated by our Headquarters staff at no cost to the client. The headquarters team members are available to help clients in all real estate and related matters ranging from home pricing and household moving services to home inspections.
QUALITY SERVICE STANDARDS
Relating their prior experience to creating its Agent Accreditation Program, HouseSavvy researches each market area in the state to identify the most established, successful buyer and seller agents on the basis of their experience, knowledge of their market area, service orientation and results, including the number of clients they have served and degree of service satisfaction.
Once identified, these agents are interviewed and tested by HouseSavvy and must agree to commit to HouseSavvy’s Service Standards. They must be. . .
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate
• Committed to delivering the highest quality real estate service
• Cost Conscious – they must take their financial responsibility to the client very seriously
• Proactive, informing their clients of anything that could impact their transaction
• Innovative/
