Business Leader made the announcement at the 2009 Top 100 Small Business event June 17, at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel. Founder and President Debra Simonette accepted the award for Creative Gifting.
The selection was made from companies that have shown considerable business achievement and community involvement. Business Leader limited the list to companies that conduct a greater part of their business in North Carolina and have less than 100 employees. More than 280 businesses were nominated for the rankings.
