Equipment Donation Helps People with Learning Difficulties

Donation of healthcare equipment by Mangar International, designer & manufacturer of healthcare products, to the charity Aspire.

June 24, 2009 - PRLog -- Herefordshire charity Aspire has been celebrating, following a donation of top quality equipment from mid-wales based Mangar International.

Aspire, who support people with learning disabilities, were contacted by Mangar International to ask if they could make use of equipment such as grab rails, bed rails and bath seats.

Dave Badham, Aspire's Health and Safety Manager, explains, "Some of the people we support would normally have to save up to purchase the equipment they need, and this offer means that they can have the benefits that the equipment brings without the delay or the financial burden."

Aspire is a Herefordshire based charity providing support to people with learning difficulties and their carers. The charity offers residential care, day activities and tailor-made support for people living at home. For more details contact Aspire on 01432 269 406.
