Now, Ideal DVD Software has updated all their programs to remove the tricks in them. Users can download them from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com to have a try. Although some users have reported they can make a perfect copy of "New in Town" and "Madea Goes to Jail" with the current version of Ideal DVD Copy. But you know, when a new movie is released, usually there will be several different editions of it. So in order to save your blank DVD, they still suggest users follow the steps below to copy new DVDs:
1) Copy the DVD to your hard drive. Just choose "To hard disk..." from the "destination"
2) Playback the copied files to check if it can be played well and if the content is OK. You may open the VIDEO_TS.ifo file to play it.
If the copied files are all OK, then you may burn it to blank DVD, you may choose "From hard disk..." from the "Source" dropdown list and select the "VIDEO_TS" folder on your hard drive as the source.
If users still have some issue in copying the DVDs mentioned above or you met another new DVD, just click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files" and save it. Then please enclose the exported files in the email to Ideal DVD Software, they'll update their programs soon.
