PeriShip is happy to announce its newest addition to their management team with Michael A. Russo, III as the manager of sales and customer relations. Russo will be responsible for coordinating the continuous improvement processes aimed at building on PeriShip’s premium customer service experience.

Russo comes to PeriShip with extensive high-level sales and customer service management experience. He has been in management for over 20 years with companies like FedEx Corporation, Cendant and TCI Telecommunications. He was one of the original 30 employees at Priceline.com, where he built and managed their contact center operations. He also served as the Vice President of Customer Service at Gazelle.com and, Nitorum Corporation, a software development company serving Fortune 10-100 clients. At IEG Sponsor Direct, he served as part of the senior management team under Mark Rockefeller, where he managed relationships with sponsors and properties while developing the account management and service teams. Over the years, he has successfully built lucrative, full-service customer care centers to support both Internet-based and traditional brick and mortar companies, including many Fortune 500 clients.
