The town centre built in Arabic style around a courtyard with large central water feature will be the focus of activity at the Condado de Alhama resort. We await details of the facilities to be included in the early stage.
Polaris World expect the town centre to open this July. Meanwhile progress continues on the Nicklaus Signature course with construction expected to complete by November 2009 and to be playable by December 2009.

The frontline golf penthouse apartments overlooking the signature course, originally priced from 137,400 Euros can now be purchased for an incredible 105,000 Euros.
Soon to be completed is La Isla. An island with 400 apartments overlooking the lake. Island apartments are available from 129,995 Euros.
With the upturn witnessed in recent months many of the less expensive properties have been snapped up. Now is the time to buy at Condado de Alhama with prices up to 25% lower than their peak of 2007 and as completion of the resort becomes reality.
