MetaPack were proud to once again sponsor the Mail and Express Delivery Show held in London on the 16th June. The MEDS conference brought together some of the leading carrier and fulfillment houses as well as leading retailers using their services.
Patrick Wall, CEO of MetaPack introduced a segment where some of their leading customers spoke about what they thought carriers should do and their experiences with the carrier management software. “We were pleased that retailers as diverse, interesting and prestigious as M&S, Asos, Cloggs and LK Bennett are comfortable to talk so positively about their experiences with MetaPack’s software. They were able to give widely differing perspectives and share very different areas of interest, from international, through UK carrier management to customer care and automated data entry. We’re proud to work with each one of them,” explains Patrick. Derek Weaver, Head of Operations at MetaPack then went through the various carrier innovations available in the market today.
