Vietnam Visa is an approval to its holder of entry to the country by the Vietnamese government through its embassy abroad. It's a seal print on the passport with the holder's information as full name, age, gender, issue date of the visa, etc.



Needed Document

One clear copy of passport - with picture, name, passport number, expiration date on. Two (2) passport photos and fee - see below.

How to Apply

Bring in or mail the above needed document and the required fee to our office located at the lower left.

VISA FEES
US$85.00 per person on regular service (taking 10 working days). For credit card payment, there is 3.5% service fee on top.

Additional charges for expedite services:
US$20.00 per person for (take 5 business days)

***For any business visa (F type visa), an official invitation letter from China is required.
***Multiple visas are issued to US citizens only.


Some important issues for your attention:
1) For the return of your passport with Vietnam visa, please enclose a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage attached. If you need overnight or 2nd day return of your passport, you may either add $18.00 on the payment for any address in
mainland USA or $28.00 for Hawaii or Alaska. Or you may enclose a pre-paid
airbill for Fed-Ex, US Post Office Express, DHL or UPS. P.O Box address is NOT accepted for any express mail service.

2) Please make check or money order payable to CITS (USA) . No credit card is accepted for Vietnam visa processing. For express service inquiry, only Cashier Check or Money Order is accepted.

3) We are not responsible for any mishandling or delay of mail by US Postal Service or other express mail carriers.

4) Once your Vietnam visa is issued, you have 30 days to enter Vietnam.

5) There is no refund of Vietnam visa fee once passport / applications are submitted to the Vietnamise government department. It's up to Vietnamise authority to decide whether to approve your Vietnam visa and what type of Vietnam visa to be issued for you.

Two, - How to get it? You go online at http://www.vietnamvisasupport.com , fill in the secure form, and just wait 1-2 days until you receive your Visa Approval Letter, and take this + your passport + 2 photos to Vietnam to get your visa at airport. This seems to be the cheapest and easiest way to get a visa to Vietnam.
