Ms. Sonam Kabra, a freelance HR Counselor and faculty member at one of the B-Schools in the city, lectured a select few students at IIPM New Delhi on Recruitment and Selection. Discussing various issues in the process of Recruitment and Selection, she even explained students on how one should prepare himself to face an interview. During the session, she discussed the different types of interview engaged by companies to bring out the best of the prospective candidate and explained how to tackle such situations during any interview. She stressed on areas like dress code, attitude, etc.
