The highlight of the event will be the trolley tour and inside look at each home featuring a preview of remodeling ideas and trends. The tour will be guided by Chris Moon of Prudential Palms Realty, who will take buyers inside 4 selected homes located in Sarasota’s most desirable neighborhoods ranging in price from $100,000 - $300,000.
Rose Brasgalla, of Sarasota Home Makeovers will present custom-designed home makeover solutions complete with before and after illustrations, product samples and cost estimates that fit within a $35,000 budget. “The dream of owning a home is within reach again and these homes have great hidden potential - they just need a facelift” says Rose.
Registered guests can get their credit score FREE and will be eligible to win door prizes. Refreshments will be served and the air-conditioned trolley ride is provided complements of SRQ Trolley.
