SEO Seattle is Free.

Find out why and how SEO Seattle is free for your business, and why it's so darned important.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun 22, 2009 -
So you've been thinking about using the Internet to get more business?  In this recession it's more important than ever to spend your advertising dollars where you get the most bang for your buck and time.

But, I have some great news for you.  You don't have to spend a dollar to get super-targeted leads to your website and make sales out of it.

SEO Seattle is a term us SEO company's here in Seattle use to talk about geo-targeting our optimization.  SEO Seattle is also the keyword I am targeting with this article.

However, I am not selling anything.  In the next few paragraphs I'm going to show you how SEO Seattle can help your business dominate the market, and at the five-finger discount.

Let's get down to business.  We're going to go over optimizing your website real quickly, because the website is only 5% of the work.  First and foremost, you must have your target keywords in mind.  What is it going to be?  SEO Seattle?  Seattle Plumber?

We're going to use Google's keyword tool.  Just go to Google right now and type in "keywords."  It should be the first site that pops up.  This is the most important part of SEO Seattle, and you should really spend the most time with (to begin with).  Search your trade, service or product categories.  Start real broad.  (Another way to do this is to simply type your generic keyword into Google, scroll down to the bottom, and Google will give you a few "long tail" keywords that you should also research)  Get as targeted as possible.

Maybe "cheap seattle plumbing fixtures" only gets 200 searches a month.  But, maybe those 200 could lead to twenty sales.  The more specific the query, the more "cash-in-hand" customer they will be.

So you figured out your "long tail" keywords that will garner you the highest conversions (and lowest amount of work).  Great, here comes to the fun part.

Make your website easy to read, not too much flash, and give some good content with your keywords in mind.  Remember keyword density above 2% can be marked as spam, so use synonyms if necessary.  Always have a call to action.  Just optimizing your website for SEO Seattle can mean great traffic, but having no call-to-action or slight sales pitch will make your site great for information, but not great for sales.

Don't make it to salesy though.

Ok, so the site is working beautifully, some great content, no "404" errors or missing pages, your images have "alt" descriptions, you have effectively described the site in the meta tags, and you have made a easy to follow site map (in xml format for the search engines).

This is where the fun begins.

SEO Seattle is more about the off-site optimization than anything on-site.  If no one (including the search engines) can find your site, it will never be ranked, and if it does, not on the first page.

First, I want you to sit in front of your word processor and pump out 10 good articles (about 450+ words) about your trade.  Remember to focus the articles on your "money" keywords.  If you know your stuff, which you should, this will only take a day or less.  Do not create any sales pitch, just give good free information.  Don't tell them to visit your site, or give you a call.  Just give the information.  Step by step.  Pretend this person knows nothing about the trade or topic.

Next, you are going to need to spin each article.  This means basically creating hundreds of versions of each article.  Now, you are going to distribute each article to high PR sites.  This means, creating accounts on WEB 2.0 sites like Wordpress, Zimbio, WetPaint, LiveJournal, Blogger and Xanga.  For each article variation, create a new account at these sites, and then post the article on there.  Don't forget at the bottom of each article post your name, and a link to your site using anchor text.

Anchor text is a link to your site, but instead of www.site.com you are going to do "keyword."

Now each URL you have created on these sites, you are going to need to bookmark on sites like Digg, Propeller, A1-Webmarks, Google Bookmarks and more.

Take the RSS feeds from the sites you have created and submit them to RSS aggregates like Feedage.com.

Here's another way to get great backlinks.  Do a video version of each article and submit it to sites like Youtube, MetaCafe and more!  Don't forget to boomark these URLs as well.

What you are doing is creating and amassing a slew of high pageranked backlinks that will in time (and with the right money keywords almost instantly) get you to the top of Google, and even garnering multiple results.

You are also driving immediate traffic from these articles and popular bookmarking sites.

The bad news is that you will have to continue doing this.  In general, for every 750 results.  (results in quotations, example "Seattle SEO" not just Seattle SEO), I create and distribute one article.  For people really looking for results, repeat this process daily.

Seattle SEO can be done by anyone absolutely free.  Just ask yourself; Are you willing to do the work?  If not, go ahead and hire someone.  Seattle SEO will drive highly targeted leads to your site, and eventually may allow you to not advertise at all using other mediums.

Things happen extremely fast, and with high rewards.  Don't get left behind.

Good luck,
Chris Aplin
