Active project management as a consistent style is elusive for many project managers because they generally don’t realize they are perceived as being passive and not proactive by their teams. In many cases, that disconnect between the project manager and the team is not realized until after the project is completed. At that point in time, that the project manger can do nothing to change it.
The critical components to be considered a successful proactive project manager are the definition and delivery of information surrounding the project. Each module will be delivered via an open webinar format that will last one hour. The format of each session will be a combination of lecture and individual exercises to reinforce some of the key concepts.
