Prior to that, Hamm worked in the manufacturing side of the industry for 3 ½ years with Capitol Manufacturing as a regional sales manager. He brings experience managing manufacturers reps and national accounts, developing and implementing sales, pricing and marketing strategies across multiple wholesale channels including plumbing, HVACR, PVF, appliance parts, catalog, propane, hearth, and utility.
