Introduction: Truly one of the most innovative products to hit the watercraft market, the WeaponMX G-Zero foam has been acclaimed as one of best accessories to improve handling and overall performance. The G-Zero foam is a military spec foam (cut into cross sections) containing millions of pores that eliminates inertia (weighted force) generated from riding which can unpredictably alter the way the bike handles and feels.

How it Works: 1 Gallon of gas weighs approximately 6 pounds and the average rider has about 1.5-2 gallons of fuel in their tank when riding. When hitting g-outs, waves, and tight corners, your fuel is violently slamming against the walls of your tank magnifying your 6 pounds of fuel to feel like 25 or 30lbs. This force is transferred directly into the chassis and is felt throughout the bike and through the handlebars. The WeaponMX G-Zero foam stabilizes your fuel’s movement through millions of porous cells and eliminates sudden and violent slosh. The tank is so porous, that it only takes up 1% of your tank capacity.

The Results: From many months of testing with racers the G-Zero has conclusively shown to eliminate gas tank inertia. The effects are felt in all areas of the track, especially in the waves, corners and g-outs. Riders exclaim their rides feel lighter and seem to rail around corners.

Who Uses It: Many of the top factory motocross pros and teams are secretly using the G-Zero foam, MotoGP street racers have been using it for over 10 years. The G-Zero foam has been perceived as a competitive advantage (or secret weapon) to many that the factory teams and riders refuse to publicly admit they use it.

How to Install It: The G-Zero foam can be installed quickly within 5 minutes using a long screw driver or t-handle wrench.

Step1: Remove the gas cap. You do not need to drain the tank for installation, but a low fuel level is recommended to make installation easier.

Step 2: Take the bottom cross section slice of the G-Zero foam and roll it up as you would a newspaper. Roll it tight enough so that it will slip though the tank’s opening.

Step 3: Feed the rolled slice of foam into the tank and use a long screw driver or T-handle to seat the foam at the bottom of the tank.

Step 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the other 4 cross sectional slices of the G-Zero foam stacking each piece inside the tank.

Step 5: Check your fuel using your screw driver or T-handle by pushing down on the foam until it reveals the fuel level. Be sure to monitor your fuel levels often in this manner so as to not run out of fuel while riding.
