Working in the construction and development industry for almost ten years, Mark has recently established his own consulting business. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Surveyor with CB Richard Ellis, specialising in development consultancy, residential land agency, and loan and corporate recovery. This role provided him with a detailed insight into the various facets of the construction and development lifecycle, as well as an in-depth understanding of the complete planning system. He has a proven track record for managing and delivering valuations on major mixed-use projects, and providing added value to proposed development schemes.
