MMG - Model Management Group (NYMMG), a New York-based modeling and talent management agency on May 1st opened its’ Canadian Model and Talent Agency, MMG CANADA located in Toronto. MMG will now be able to submit models and actors for work in both the United States and Canada. MMG is now an International Agency and can offer its’ clients an extensive list of celebrities as well as new faces. MMG’s roster is deep in Models and Talent that have landed Abercrombie and Hollister campaigns, Lancôme’ Paris, JC Penny, American Eagle, Reebok, Converse, Coca Cola, Sprint, World Cup Soccer and have graced publications like Teen Vogue, Seventeen, Women’s Health, Cosmopolitan, Elle, and Vogue. MMG’s Canadian Roster includes Fillip Diarra a new and exciting singer and commercial star that is already in demand and Carina Oliveira who currently is starring in the Toronto Production of Disney’s High School Musical.
MMG specializes in managing “beautiful people”, for modeling, print, commercials, television and film. MMG’s Celebrity Division consists of name recognizable stars from shows such as America’s Next Top Model (ANTM), NBC’s Momma’s Boy, ABC’s True Beauty, produced by Tyra Banks and Ashton Kutcher and the enormously successful Sopranos.

MMG’s Canadian Agency will be led by Jeff Cohen and Jessica Martins. Martins who has acted and modeled has first- hand knowledge of what is required to succeed in the industry. MMG will give Canadian Casting Directors access to fresh faces and experienced fashion and beauty models such as Amy Karwoski, a Former Ford and Abercrombie model who has walked the Paris Runways, appeared TV shows such as Guiding Light and Saturday Night Live. Also MMG’s Rebecca Leigh West is the current model Lancôme’-Paris. Over 10 of MMG’s current models have appeared in seventeen magazine and Elle.
