The catalogs are in the PDF format, so customers are required to have a PDF reader. Most systems that are up to date should have a reader already, if not then the resources to get one installed.

Depending on the type of item a customer wishes to buy, a different catalog may need to be browsed. Medical West hopes this will have an impact on organization and the time required to find key products.

The size of the PDF documents ranges from under a megabyte to several- those with moderate Internet speeds should have no trouble downloading the files. Those on low speed Internet may have to wait a few more minutes than most in order to obtain the information.
