their current home mortgage.  President Obama has helped encourage lenders to
offer loan modifications to their
clients who are struggling, during these times of economic turmoil.  Now is the
time to take advantage of this opportunity.

individuals when the debt collectors start calling, we want to help alleviate
some of those fears and empower those who find themselves in this position.   A
borrower is often their own best advocate and needs to help the lender understand
