Female Bodybuilding – A Fast Growing Sport

Bodybuilding is something that has been dominated by men for a long time, but there is a changing trend that is seeing more and more women getting involved.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Jun 19, 2009 – Elle Nash is a relatively unknown person, but she is an up and comer in the sport of bodybuilding. Bodybuilding has always been a popular sport, but it is still considered taboo for females. Even with all that there is still a growing movement of women that are joining the sport of female bodybuilding to empower themselves and compete.

“I’ve been a female bodybuilder for almost a decade now and I don’t ever regret a minute of it. It has made me stronger, helped forge my confidence and changed my perspective of the world,” says Nash.

The life of a female bodybuilder is one that is full of routine. Surprisingly most people would assume that Nash lives in the gym doing all sorts of weight lifting exercises, but she spends more of her time in the kitchen preparing her 8 daily meals. “It’s a lot of food to take in, but it is what you have to do to get results.”

The average person may still view female bodybuilding as something that is still relatively taboo and probably not that exciting, but despite that this sport has grown and is expected to continue growing. There is a growing opportunity for other women that want to get involved and become a star like Elle Nash.
