The Association of the German Internet Industry (eco) awarded vionto GmbH the prestigious eco Internet Award. vionto’s graphical knowledge engine eyePlorer.com was successful in the category “web portal”. An independent jury comprised of experts and professionals from the IT industry, journalism, and academia assures the high quality of the award. The ceremony was held in conjunction with the eco gala in Cologne, Germany, on June 18th 2009.
The company behind eyePlorer.com is vionto GmbH which is based in Berlin, Germany. vionto was founded in December 2008 and has the goal of acquiring a leading position in the emerging market of knowledge engines.
