Passion Red Thai Curry Sirloin Steak for 4 Persons
Ingredients:
1 jar of Curry Love™ Passion Red Thai Curry
Salt and Pepper
4 12-oz. Sirloin Steaks
1 Tsp Peanut Oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate Steaks with a half-jar of Passion Red Thai Curry and leave for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. For best results marinate overnight.
2. Heat grill to high and grease it lightly with the oil. Grill steaks to desired doneness.
3. Serve with heated half-jar of Passion Red Thai Curry sauce, baked potato with sour cream and a tossed salad.
Chicken Skewers with Blissful Banana Ginger Curry for 4 persons
Ingredients:
1 jar of Curry Love™ Blissful Banana Ginger Curry
3 to 4 medium sized chicken breasts boneless, skinless cut in 1-inch cubes
2 bananas, not too ripe, cut into 1-inch cylinders
Salt and Pepper
1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch squares
4 Bamboo skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning
1 Tsp Peanut Oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken cubes with half-jar of Blissful Banana Ginger Curry in the refrigerator for at least an hour, for best results marinate overnight.
2. Thread chicken and banana and bell pepper dice onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers, season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the grill to high and grease it lightly with the oil.
4. Grill the skewers for 6 to 9 minutes, turning over occasionally.
5. Serve with a fresh green salad on the side or alternatively with steamed Basmati rice and heat some of the remaining Curry sauce and pour it over the skewers.
Luscious Yellow Thai Curry Egg Salad for 4 persons
Ingredients:
1/2 jar of Curry Love™ Luscious Yellow Thai Curry
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper
6 hardboiled eggs cut into quarters
2 scallions sliced finely
1 red bell pepper diced
1 celery stalk sliced very finely
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Mix the Luscious Yellow Thai Curry with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
2. Mix all the other ingredients carefully with the Mayonnaise Curry sauce.
3. Enjoy with grilled slices of sour dough bread

Chef Buechi recommends this hot curry with chicken and fish.
∑ Luscious Yellow Thai Curry: This yellow Thai curry combines the sweetness of ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon with cumin and turmeric. Ingredients include: water, coconut milk, onions, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, lemongrass, corn starch, garlic, lime juice, tomato paste, spices and salt. Chef Buechi recommends this mild curry with meat and vegetables.
