Jun 18, 2009 – Paul Bell, who resigned from the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs, stated that he could no longer serve in such a “toxic atmosphere.”
Governor Douglas on January 16, 2009 appointed Paul Davis Bell from Colchester, VT to replace Charlene McManis on the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs. The legislature lacks the social consciousness to address S. 117 and provide resolution to their created problem.
