Tools required:

iPod Ripper for Mac: http://www.ipod-transfer-software.com/ipod-to-mac-transfer.html

Guide 1: How to Rip iPod to computer or iTunes.

Step 1: Download the iPod Ripper software, install and run it.

Step 2: Connect iPod to computer. iPod's info will be displayed on the main interface.

Step 3: Click Audio, Video, Photo, or Playlist tab, open them, and check files you want to rip.

Step 4: Transfer.

Rip iPod files to computer hard drive: Click "Backup to local" button.
Rip iPod files to iTunes: Click "Add to iTunes" button.

Guide 2: How to transfer files between iPods.

Step 1: Download the iPod Ripper software, install and run it.

Step 2: Connect iPods to computer.

Step 3: Click the iPod which you want to transfer files from in the left device list. Click Audio, Video, Photo, Playlist tab to choose files you want to transfer.

Step 4: Drag and drop the selected files to the other iPod tab where you want to transfer them to.
