Singer, songwriter Terry Sumsion has decided on the July 1st holiday to mark the release date of his single, Highway of Heroes dedication piece. The song has been in circulation since earlier this year but he waited until our most patriotic time to release his song.
To show his support for the military he is offering the song for a free download to any radio station, legion or military installation who wish to play it. His goal is to help North Americans show their support for our troops everywhere by playing Highway of Heroes. The song can be downloaded directly at http://www.terrysumsion.ca/
This is a very difficult subject to talk about, let alone sing about but the men and women of our countries deeply deserve it. Everyone’s lives have been personally affected by war in some way and we all need to rally to heal. Terry hopes that everyone will partake and take a few minutes out of their day to remember and to support our troops, sons, daughters, mothers and fathers who have fought to preserve our lives and our way of life. The countries’ celebrations of freedom are synonymous with those who won and those who maintain the freedom of the country we all love.
