Newtown, PA - Kelly Van Osten and Diane Rodgers of Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors have announced their plans to host another First Time Home Buying Seminar. Due to an overwhelming response to the first workshop back on March 31st, and the clock ticking for those wishing to take advantage of the $8,000 credit, the two felt the need to organize a second workshop.
From financing and credit to contracts and closing, the process of purchasing your first home can be an overwhelming experience.
