This is for clients who do not pass the Online Assessment found on the National Visas website. The Registered Migration Agent will personally review each case availing of this service to determine the appropriate visa the client can apply for.
Clients who take advantage of this service have to take an online assessment and complete the online consultation. Upon further examination of the client’s profile, a Personalised Visa Guide will be provided within three (3) working days.
The Personalised Visa Guide is a clear and easy-to-understand document that identifies which immigration solutions are available to the client. This service is also inclusive of online immigration advice. Clients will receive specialized access to National Visas’ Registered Migration Agents for a period of 180 days, including 24-hour hour access via email to help with any migration queries. Clients can also receive a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation with one of the Registered Migration Agents to discuss case details.
If clients require additional help with their visa application process, paid phone consultation is available for both Australian and International residents. Clients may get in contact with Migration Agents by dialing +61 (0) 3 8646 3148 and the consultation will be charged to a credit card. Australian residents also have the option of charging the consultation to the user’s phone bill by calling 1900 900 010 ($2.95/minute inc GST). All phone services are provided by Infodial.
If, on the other hand, the client prefers to see and hear the Migration Agent but is unable to make an office visit, paid video consultations are also available. This service lets clients directly interact with National Visa Migration Agents through the internet. Agents are equipped with webcams and microphones so clients can see and hear them when they enter the private consultation room.
The Visa Review Service comes with a guarantee. If National Visas does not find an immigration solution that allows the client to reside in Australia, the payment will be refunded. This gives clients peace of mind that it will not cost anything if a proper immigration solution is not identified.
