The focus will be on essential strategies for establishing our fee for projects, communicating those fees, and managing the process of objections and negotiation. At the end of the session, you’ll have new tools and a different way of thinking about how you price your services.

Michael McLaughlin has been a management consultant for more than two decades. He's the author of Winning the Professional Services Sale, which offers professional service providers, business development managers, and firm leaders market-tested strategies to identify, qualify, and close any services sale.
