It's human nature to get bored of the some of the same 'ol products and tastes you sample day in and day out. Giving those customers a variety of "boutique products" to give them a change from the mundane, allowing their palate to experience a new and different flavor."
Mexicoetal currently ships other well-known national brands of coffee as well as handcrafted blends. "Lake Chapala coffee offers a rich blend of roasted beans in a variety of grinds that is processed at the time the order is placed. Grinding the beans at the moment the order is placed guarantees the freshness and quality the customer deserves. The beans are roasted every other day adding to the quality of the product. Customers are receiving a product that has never seen a warehouse nor a store shelf. I think "boutique products" are filling a much needed niche in the marketplace."
Mexicoetal's business has been growing at a rate of 12% per month. "I think building a relationship with customers is very important. If a customer wants a particular item, we will go out of our way to find it and make it available to them usually within a 24 hour period. Other times, just calling to asking if they received their product and if they are enjoying it, makes a difference. Customer feedback is important as well, you can really learn what people want and can tailor your offerings to their needs."
