CFH Docmail - Hybrid Mail
Created by CFH Total Document Management, Docmail was the first online mail solution to reach the market when Reed Employment started to use it through its branches nationwide over four years ago.
Since then, Docmail has developed to meet the needs of the wider market, and over the last twelve months has been successfully growing its customer base to both businesses and members of the public.
“Businesses in particular have really switched on to the opportunities, efficiencies and savings that sending their mail through Docmail generates,” says Dave Broadway, managing director of CFH Total Document Management. “From large corporations sending regular mailings, to individuals who just want to send one item, creating and posting a letter currently costing from just 25 pence through Docmail helps corporate budgets and the household purse.”
The Associates Programme allows existing customers to earn money from introducing new customers who need to send post, to Docmail. By actively selling Docmail to an existing customer base, or including a link on their website, Associates can earn from between 0.5p to 2p for every envelope that a Docmail customer introduced by them sends out. Every time an order is placed by a referral, the Associate receives an email telling them how much they have earned from the transaction.
Docmail also operates a Referral programme for individuals who can earn credits to their Docmail account when they introduce new customers.
Dave Broadway continues, “We have a number of exciting developments planned for Docmail over the coming months. Docmail has been evolving over the last two years, and is one of the simplest online mail facilities to use; there is no software to install and we have recently introduced some new features to make it even more user-friendly. All that is needed is a computer with internet access and a web browser.”
Docmail can also be integrated into a user’s software package with a new Application Programming Interface (API). The API allows easy integration of a Print and Mail button by software developers into accounting software and vertical market systems, so bringing the benefit of low cost, low effort post to all their users.
CFH Total Document Management prints, inserts and sorts all Docmail items at its APACS accredited site. Mail is distributed via its own downstream access facility before the final mile delivery by Royal Mail.
