Since the inception of Twitter, one of the most popular search terms on Google has been "how to get more Twitter followers" with good reason; more followers means more money to marketers.
Since this has been the case, literally dozens of scripts, methods, systems and pieces of software have been created to help people in this goal, however it's always been known that not many have actually been able to deliver on their promises.
The latest service to claim to be able to help people get more followers is offered by web traffic agency uSocial.net and they say it's the only service on the market which actually practices what it preaches.
"When we ourselves started on Twitter, we searched high and low for any good information that could help us boost our follower numbers," said uSocial representative Serena Adamson. "While there were some good ones out there, none actually held up to their claims."
Though according to uSocial, the company eventually stumbled across a method by accident which saw their follower numbers start to increase by 500-700 per day.
"When we discovered how to do this, we immediately knew it would be something others would want to take advantage of, which is when we integrated it in with our existing services." Said Adamson.
"To our knowledge it's the only service online that guaranteed the delivery of the kinds of follower numbers we claim to be able to achieve, which we think is why the response has been so immense." She continued.
uSocial claim that in their first week of offering the service alone they turned over more than $10,000 in sales, which has risen steadily as time has gone on. Despite this, they are continuing to market in the hope of pulling in new clients.
"Our aim is to be able to service a large number of clients who will form partnerships with us and reinvest in the service on a weekly or monthly basis, just the same as we saw with our paid social bookmarking service." Adamson said.
Starting at $87, clients are able to purchase between 1,000 and 100,000 followers with delivery times varying depending on the size of the order.
